MacDim Modules - Molecules
	What is Molecules? Molecules is a MacDim screensaver module that uses protein structure data to render rotating molecules in real time. Since we could not decide on a new name for this module, we kept the old one. Thank you for your suggestions! Where can I find new molecules? Each molecule is described in a specially formatted text file ending with .pdb. The proteins are ordered by a four-letter label, for instance "1A34". There is a scientific database with all files freely accessible for download. Look for specific pdb-files here. We have selected some suitable molecules to use with this program. You find them with previews and direct download links. If you would like us to link to a specific molecule, please mail us the location of the corresponding .pdb file. Do not send us the file directly.
